Hands on. Phones down. Creative stories unfold.

This July, Connect the Dots Art Studio welcomed adult artists to Intentional Ink, a three-day workshop at The Branson School focused on creativity, connection, and the joy of making art by hand.

Led by artist-educators Barbara Libby-Steinmann and Anna Rochester, participants explored color, expressive mark-making, watercolor techniques, and visual storytelling. Beginning with harmonious color palettes and playful brush exercises, artists gradually transformed their explorations into handmade accordion books that reflected their unique voices and creative journeys.

The studio quickly became a space for experimentation, conversation, discovery and connection.  Participants embraced the process, supported one another, and found confidence in letting go of perfection and trusting their creative instincts.

Each artist left with a completed accordion book, new skills, art supplies to continue practicing at home, and a renewed sense of creative possibility.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to The Branson School for hosting this workshop and to all of the participants who brought their curiosity, openness, and enthusiasm to the experience. We loved creating with you and look forward to future opportunities to connect through art.
