At Usher Gallery, Petaluma
We are filled with gratitude as Collaborative Works 2026 comes to a close at Usher Gallery. This exhibition was a true celebration of partnership, process, and community—bringing together paintings and textiles created through our shared, side-by-side approach to artmaking.
Throughout the run of the show, the gallery was alive with conversation, curiosity, and connection. From opening night to the final days, we were deeply moved by the thoughtful engagement of visitors, the enthusiasm of collectors, and the meaningful exchanges that unfolded around the work.
This body of work reflects our ongoing exploration of collaboration—responding in real time to one another through mark-making, layering, and material. Inspired by the natural landscapes of Marin and Sonoma Counties, the pieces invited viewers into a world of movement, texture, and quiet observation.
We are especially grateful to the dedicated team at Usher Gallery for their support, professionalism, and care in presenting the exhibition so beautifully. Their partnership made it possible to bring this vision fully to life.
To our collectors, supporters, friends, and community—thank you. Your presence and encouragement sustain not only this work, but also our broader mission through Connect the Dots Art Studio, where we continue to build community through art, workshops, and shared creative experiences.
As we close this chapter, we carry forward a deep sense of appreciation and inspiration. We look forward to what comes next and to continuing to share this collaborative journey with you.
